海上休闲屋有四间房间。每栋有两层。上层比较小间。 当然没有什么娱乐，但有供应唱K的电视，是公开的，若还有别的租客，必须供用，喜爱CD也须自备。所以，建议携带自个儿的玩意儿，以便不会闷坏。水上屋会让人 有漂浮的感觉，尤其是半夜到清晨，稍微敏感的人真的在睡梦中也会察觉。没有五星级大厨的手艺，但胜在拥有最新鲜的食材，最简单的煮法，最贴近海鲜的原 味……还有露天下的大自然美景配衬，最贴近原始的回归，心灵上的满足真是近年来少有的。
