怡保一個飲食集團推出的拼盤──“盤滿缽滿大豐收”最火紅,裡頭共有8道菜,集龍蝦、鮑魚及干貝等於一盤,而且烤雞和石斑魚再分成雙味,賣相豪邁,食材多元,令食客大飽口福之餘。大豐收的8道菜計有豐收魚卷、奶油石斑魚肉、沙拉雜果龍蝦肉、八寶羅漢、水晶蝦球、毛瓜瓤干貝、鮑魚燜翅唇和豐收烤雞,當中的八寶羅漢是包裹了帶子與雞茸的餡料。至於豐收烤雞又開兩味,分別是脆皮的鳳梨片皮雞和炒雞鬆,石斑魚則是起肉醃製、油炸再泡上奶油,魚頭魚骨則是熬煮成米粉湯。色香味俱全的大豐收拼盤是盛到分成兩層的龍船盤子上,每顆鮑魚、干貝與蝦球置入湯匙中,擺相精美;分量足以讓一桌10人滿足的大飽口福,剛端上餐桌,雖然食指大動,食客還是紛紛拿起手機先“拍”為快,接著再慢慢品嚐。
